Little Singapore by Chef Bernard Chew
prides itself with its specialty Soft Shell Crab dishes and the Singapore Famous Authentic Chili Crab that uses crabs from Papua, famously known for its size and flavor. The Laksa dishes are also staple favorites, and Asian burgers are also available for a more western palate.
Dishes are generously served for sharing of 2-4 people, with reasonable prices and bursting with flavors. Boasting of a well-known chef behind this international brand, Chef Bernard is a Singaporean-native who describes his food as “generous, delicious, and authentically Singaporean.” Each dish is all made with natural flavors, without the use of Salt or MSG for cooking.
With a focus not only on delicious, all-natural food, the aesthetics of the restaurant also plays an integral part in the full dining experience. Equipped with a seating capacity of 38, the place is also decorated with bright neon colors, warm lights, and jazz music background. Live music is available on weekends, with the restaurant equipped with a full list of wine from its own built-in bar, a swimming pool and an al-fresco dining area for private events or for a more romantic atmosphere.
